How We Close the Gap
Our outreach camps combine community education, child screening, and coordinated referral in a single visit. Piloted in Longido in June 2026, our model is now scaling across mainland Tanzania, wherever specialist care is hardest to reach.
Community Education
Before screening begins, our team runs education sessions using flyers, posters and flipbooks. Families learn about treatable conditions, stigma is reduced, and parents are encouraged to bring their children forward.
Screening & Referral
Trained medical staff screen every child with a parent or guardian present. Children who need care are referred on the spot to the right specialist facility, with logistics support for the family, and our follow-up confirms they complete treatment.
